Wang Liping, President of Guangbo Group, extended deep condolences to Wang Fan's death, a member of Bayi Guangbo women basketball team, and expressed condolences to her family. On March 6, Wang Liping assigned other leaders of Guangbo Group to say goodbye to comrade Wang Fan in Beijing.

Comrade Wang Fan's body was cremated in Beijing on the morning of March 6. In view of the actual situation that Wang Fan lost her life in attending WCBA match and her usual performance, Comrade Wang Fan was approved as "revolutionary martyr" by the general political department of PLA.

Comrade Wang Fan, female, the Hui nationality, from Tangshan, Hebei, born in July, 1983, started to work in February, 2000. Bachelor degree, P.E. with level 9 and clerk with level 8.

Wang Fan collapsed into unconsciousness when joined the training on January 24, 2010. At 7:21 p.m. on February 15, she was dead in Beijing after all rescue measures proved ineffectual, aged 26.

When Wang Fan was seriously ill, other leaders of Guangbo Group expressed condolences in various ways, extending deep condolences to her death.
